Specific physical preparation for the demands of equestrian sport.

Develop the stability, balance, mobility and control required for better work in the saddle.

Rider preparation

The rider is an active part of the movement system.

Stability does not mean stiffness, and mobility does not mean losing control. The program develops the ability to adapt to the horse's movement while maintaining a clear position and steady breathing.

Off-saddle training focuses on abilities that carry over into the saddle: trunk and pelvic control, symmetry, coordination, endurance and movement quality.

What the practice covers

  • trunk stability and pelvic position control
  • hip and ankle mobility
  • left-right symmetry
  • balance, coordination and reaction
  • breath control under load
  • work capacity for training and competition
Important note: A training program is not a substitute for a medical examination, diagnosis, physiotherapy or rehabilitation. In the case of pain, injury or health limitations, consult an appropriate healthcare professional first.

How the collaboration works

The collaboration is structured without being rigid. The program adapts to your feedback, available time and rate of progress.

Discipline demands

We consider the riding discipline, experience and training in the saddle.

Ability assessment

We identify priorities related to stability, mobility and control.

Specific program

Exercises and progressions connect to the real demands placed on the rider.

Transfer monitoring

Feedback from the saddle guides further adjustments.

The program should fit your life, not the other way around.

A clear structure, a realistic number of sessions and criteria that show when it is time for the next step.
