Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series via Zoom.

Guided online practice with clear instruction, adaptations and a pace matched to each participant's experience.

Online practice

Structured practice in a familiar space.

Zoom sessions make it possible to follow a guided Primary Series practice at home, with verbal cues, demonstrations and adaptations where needed.

You will need a mat, a stable internet connection, a camera-enabled device and enough space to practise safely. Previous experience is not required for every session; the level is clearly stated when booking.

What the practice covers

  • setting up the space and camera
  • guided coordination of breath and movement
  • clear verbal cues throughout the sequence
  • pose adaptations based on experience
  • a pace that does not encourage forcing the body
  • guidance for independent preparation between sessions
Important note: A training program is not a substitute for a medical examination, diagnosis, physiotherapy or rehabilitation. In the case of pain, injury or health limitations, consult an appropriate healthcare professional first.

How the collaboration works

The collaboration is structured without being rigid. The program adapts to your feedback, available time and rate of progress.

Registration

Schedule the session and share brief information about your experience.

Preparation

Check the space, camera and required equipment.

Zoom practice

A guided sequence with verbal cues and demonstration.

Consistency

Agree on a training rhythm that fits your goal and experience.

The program should fit your life, not the other way around.

A clear structure, a realistic number of sessions and criteria that show when it is time for the next step.
