A little preparation before the call helps the coach see your movement more clearly and allows you to focus on the session.
Position the camera diagonally
A wider frame that captures the whole body is usually more useful than a front view alone. The device should be stable and placed far enough away.
Check the space and lighting
Remove objects that restrict movement. Light should come from the front or side, not directly from behind you.
Prepare your equipment before the session
Your mat, blocks, band, weights or any other agreed equipment should be within reach so that the flow of the session is not interrupted.
What to do next
Observe how abilities developed outside your main activity transfer into your everyday performance. Record your observations and use them as feedback for the next program adjustment.
